Massachusetts Coalition for the Homeless

Night Out 2022_FB Cover Image_1240 px X 620 px.jpg

Hello everyone!

We are gearing up for another homeless winter sleepout event. For those of you who are not familiar with last year’s event, we will spend all day outside in the parking lot at 45 Colonial Plaza on East Main St., Saturday February 26th. Then we will sleep outside in the parking lot overnight to raise money and awareness for those experiencing homelessness throughout the state. Last year’s event was an incredible success. Through your amazing generosity we were able to raise $31,530 for our beneficiary, Massachusetts Coalition For The Homeless. Your donations not only helped people experiencing homelessness with food, housing and basic necessities, they also helped prevent people from becoming homeless. On a more personal level, your donations made it so that we were able to get Tony (the gentleman who was the face of homelessness for last year’s fundraiser) into housing after 5 years on the streets.

Every dollar helps because Massachusetts Coalition For The Homeless has found so many ways to stretch a dollar and make every penny of it count toward helping people. For over 40 years now they have worked to eradicate homelessness in the Commonwealth through their programs and advocacy. For more information visit mahomeless.org.

Any donation you can give at this time is greatly appreciated and will go a long way toward helping people in their time of need.

Thank you

Sincerely,

John Bogaert

Thank you to our donors. Your generosity has been overwhelming. It has already, and will continue to really make a difference to many in need.

Thank you to all of the individuals and companies who have been donating their time and materials to A Night In The Cold since 2021. You made it possible for us to have a zero expenditure fundraiser and give 100% of the donations directly to Massachusetts Coalition For The Homeless in 2021, and we are hoping to achieve that again in 2022.

Thank you for your generous support of this cause.
